Nick Clark, Ed.S.

Clinician

Nick’s education includes graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in May of 2023. They formerly were a student at the University of Florida, completing their bachelor’s and master’s in Family Youth and Community Sciences.

Nick specializes in supporting individuals through all transitional stages of life, helping to navigate through the complexities of chronic illness and pain, ADHD, ASD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. They hope to help ease the overwhelming fear of life changes clients may be feeling in hard times. Their approach is chronic illness/pain affirming, neurodivergent, queer and non- monogamous affirming, and sex-positive affirming. They want to assist clients with harm reduction, know clients as they are and who they will become, and help create a safe space while helping clients build systems, routines and more.

Nick’s goal is to create a space where clients can explore those more challenging moments in life, develop coping skills and learn to build systems and change. Their approach is narrative, multicultural and the use of parts work with internal family systems. Their focus is on the stories of the clients and how they want them to be told. Nick incorporates laughter, humor, safety and care to encourage healing and growth to all clients.

Nick outside of the office engages in writing and journaling to remain working on their own journey but also for the enjoyment of the hobby, participating in writing challenges. They also enjoy comic books (both Marvel and DC), reading, gaming, card games and tech.
